St. Xavier’s College for Women (Autonomous), Aluva is all set to host its 62nd College Day Celebrations on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the College Auditorium. The Management, Principal, staff, and students cordially invite all well-wishers to be part of this prestigious occasion.
The Chief Guest for the College Day will be Ado. V. K. Minimol, Honourable Mayor, Cochin Corporation. The Keynote Address will be delivered by Smt. Saiji Jolly Moothedan, Chairperson, Aluva Municipality. A special highlight of the programme will be the Honouring of Alumni, particularly the newly elected members to local governance bodies, recognising their achievements and service to society. The event will be presided over by Rev. Sr. Charles (CTC), Local Manager, with Prof. Dr. Milon Franz, Principal, offering leadership and guidance. Ms. Maria Anna Biju, Union Chairperson, will also grace the occasion.
In continuation of the celebrations, the college will observe College Merit Day on Monday, 9 February 2026, at 10:30 a.m.The programme will be inaugurated by G. P. Manuraj, CI, Aluva East Police Station. The Keynote Address will be delivered by Shri Fassil Hussain, Vice Chairman, Aluva Municipality. The Merit Day will be presided over by Rev. Sr. Charles C.T.C, Manager, and Prof. Dr. Milon Franz, Principal, celebrating academic excellence and student achievements. Both events promise to be moments of pride, inspiration, and community bonding, and the college looks forward to the gracious presence of all invitees.
