Step II: Open https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/Login/Index, login as a participant (through the obtained user ID and password)

Step III: Click on : Apply for NEP theme training; Select Centre: Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi; Select month: June 2026; Click on ‘Search’; Download NOC/ Nomination Letter format; then Select Training Programme date: 22.06.2026 to 02.07.2026; Programme ID: MMC-142-2026-JUN-A-08132 (click on ‘Participate’; Upload NOC; Click on ‘Yes’ and Click on ‘Ok’)
