• To establish ONOS as a flagship National initiative dedicated to ensuring equitable access to global scholarly literature for all academic stakeholders.
• To raise awareness among academics, researchers, librarians, and students about the extensive range of resources available through ONOS from leading international publishers.
• To explore and highlight the benefits of ONOS in improving research quality, stimulating innovation, and advancing academic excellence within higher education institutions.
• To provide comprehensive training for users on the effective utilization of ONOS e-resources for teaching, learning, and research activities.
• To analyze challenges and opportunities related to the deployment and adoption of ONOS, with special focus on rural and semiurban colleges.

Details of the Workshop

The One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) program, which was initiated by the Government of India, is a revolutionary step that aims to enable access to academic and research publications across the whole country. Increasing India's research and innovation capability, lowering the cost of subscriptions, and promoting knowledge exchange are some of the goals that ONOS aims to accomplish through the provision of equal access to scholarly literature of such high quality. In the present moment, the platform provides access to electronic resources from thirty well-known international publishers, which is beneficial to researchers, students, and faculty members all over the country.
