This summer school is designed for research scholars and working professionals with a basic background in data analysis and deep learning. The program aims to build strong conceptual foundations and cover key applications across multiple domains. It will conclude with a hands-on real-world project.

Curriculum Overview

• Module 1 (Day 1): AI foundations, including Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch), statistics, visualization, and evaluation metrics.
• Module 2 (Day 2): Neural network fundamentals, CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, GRU, and image/time-series applications.
• Module 3 (Day 3): Optimization, regularization, hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and handling small datasets.
• Module 4 (Day 4): Attention mechanisms, Seq2Seq, encoders-decoders, transformers, and BERT/GPT overview.
• Module 5 (Day 5): Attention-based models and case studies on predicting rainfall, air pollution, and temperature
